I’d been on the lookout for another head for a long time, and eventually found Grommit in a funny little shop under the train station in town. Rob christened her, and the name just stuck.

We’re still working on getting her the right hairdo, but in the meantime she’s still happy to be in front of the camera.

You know what they say – two heads are better than one.

Hi Jill! I love Grommit and think she looks adorable with no hair. Love all the things that you make and I know your customers do too. Have a great day. Love and Hugs, Tamara

Welcome Grommit! I think she looks fine without a “do”. More emphasis on the hat. Look out Thelma and Louise, here come Carol and Grommit.

But isn’t Grommit the dog?? Not yours…. She is obviously not. But Wallaces mate…. That’s the dog isn’t it?? I’m struggling with this!!

Yes Trish, Grommit is the name of Wallace’s dog. We were hurriedly packing the car at the last minute for a market and Rob yelled out “Don’t forget Carol and …and Grommit”. It just stuck. He comes out with a lot of silly things that tend to stick – you should hear some of MY nicknames!!!
