Cape Town is an overcast 19 degrees today, but I took some pics anyway. This is what is now in my garden; each plant is still pretty isolated because I’ve dotted them around leaving lots of room for growth…
There’s also some lavender at the front, some crimson geraniums, and black-eyed susans in three different shades of orange for one of the walls. Slowly slowly growee gardee….
… and what a colourful garden it’s going to be when it’s all grown up!
This isn’t the first garden I’ve ‘made’. It’s the only thing that teaches me any patience – these girls grow at their own pace, not mine :-)
But you’ve chosen the colours, shapes and adjacencies, so one day it’ll look as you imagined it, even if one day is on Nature’s schedule!
Such a lovely lot of plants. It’s surprising how fast some things grow. Sure it will look lovely when they are all established.
I’ve just done my rounds. The Japanese anemone has already kicked the bucket :(

Oh wow, think I spotted a rare South African plant that I’ve never seen planted in a border here….old cricket ball. You must show progress pictures, I can’t wait to see it’s flowers.
